I had an extremely concerning experience with William Ductan at Berkshire Hathaway in Fort Lauderdale. He requested that I make a deposit into an account that appeared suspicious and raised serious fraud concerns. The request was highly unprofessional and immediately destroyed any trust I had. I stopped the process right away. Proceed with extreme caution and do not send money without thorough verification.
A super friendly office full of knowledgeable agents. They have agents who can help with rentals, sales, and/or commercial property in Broward and Miami. The front desk staff are really nice. Definitely check them out if you are looking for real estate.
