Do not work work with Heather Booth from Cora Bett Thomas Realty Co. She is unethical. She gave my house key to a contractor without the permission of my realtor or myself. She fails to communicate important information to the other realtor which makes her look really bad. If you value honesty and integrity do not hire her.
Very bad experience with Cora Bett. I called the management company to complain about their tenants trashing our lot and there were no apologies or no actions taken. On top of having to talk with someone passive aggressive, she hanged up on me... Very professional. They were not even aware that their downstairs lot was vacant and full of trash everywhere but did not seem bothered by this issue. I feel bad for the tenants upstairs to deal with this poor management and unsanitary conditions.
