We were waiting for a home to be built on 101 Oakdale dr in Greenwood, however 5 months into the process we were now told the place was in a flood zone, a week later we were then told that there was an encroachment on the property because of an old water line that could be dug up but may never happen, but there was always that possibility. We lost 5 months to be able to look for another home as pricing was going up daily, not to mention the mortgage rates as well.
