Great company and marketing platform. Listed and sold my condo for $20k over list on day one! Very happy with Berkshire Hathaway and their services!
Christine bEsher Is great at sales but terrible at follow-up. She hired an auctioneer and called him a movet. Many of my things disappeared and many of my things were damaged I would not recommend her. Many of my things were missing among them a large jar of silver change and I had two pair of Salvatore Feragamo shoes which arrived with only one shoe per Pair. She threw away the title to my car without asking me she threw an entire folder away.
Kristina Hodges will not work with us. She is rude and snobby. I don't know why a reputable company like Berkshire Hathaway Des Peres Mo has someone so rude working for them. She has ignored all of my messages and phone messages about a rental property I was interested in. It's been on the rental listings for almost a month. I would beware of Kristina Hodges.
