good people ,with Knowledge of the market and the business
Rick works for the seller and of the house we just bought. I would not reccomend buying a house that he is selling for anyone. at all. He's rude and a bully. He has threatened us more then once. He was rude and nasty to our realtor who works for the same company. He tried to hide some things in the paper work and tried to get us to pay for things that him and the seller knew we couldn't afford but he tried hiding it into the paper work and did not tell us.
