Chris G. (Hospice RN) is fantastic. He was caring,compassionate,knowledgeable and made my husband's final days more comfortable. He also cares about his patients families. Pete came the night my husband passed and treated him with great respect. He took the time to help me through that difficult time. Both nurses were a blessing to us. Berkely is lucky to have such wonderful people on their team. I am very thankful for the work they do.
Our overall experience with Berkley was stellar, far superior to the experience with our father's assisted living facility. The nurse, the LCSW, the clergy and the CNA were outstanding! The communication upfront when they were engaged & thorough the duration of caring for our father was excellent. There were even two staffing transitions that went off without any issue. We had to transition to Berkley Hospice after my father had a fall and ended up back in the hospital. We used the Berkley Home Health team and were glad they had a hospice. Madison, the nurse, was so prompt, and when she came, she carried us through this difficult time and set up everything he needed. The team was caring and compassionate and had my dad's care at the forefront of every decision.
