I recently bought a mini bus off these guys and everything went way smoother than expected! I showed up at the Castle Rock location after being very frustrated coming from a different dealership in Wheat Ridge. The salesmen in Wheat Ridge were very typical "high pressure, only give you the time of day if they know you will make them a buck" d-bags. Salesmen at Berkenkotter were soooo down to earth. Great car buying experience, I love my jeep
This was the best experience I've had with a dealership, had a problem with my jeep and I got it fixed fast and professional they continue to go above and beyond expectation! The stag was completely fenominal and the techs/mechanics were great and knew exactly what they were talking and what they needed to do. The owner personally called me to discuss the issues my jeep was having and I deploy appreciate!
We were looking at a 1997 F350 at the Parker location. Michael Palermo was great to work with. They had absolutely no problem letting us take the truck to our mechanic, and they had it most of the day, to have it inspected.
