We bought a truck from the Parker location that we LOVE! We live in New Mexico and ended up with a hic up with our title transfer and registration which was IMMEDIATELY taken care of by Mr. Berkenkotter himself as soon as he was made aware. Thanks for the truck and great customer service!!
This is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. The staff is super friendly and not at all pushy. I told them what I was looking for and got it. I got a great truck from them at a great price. I highly recommend this place. I will be using them from now on. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. These guys are the best!!! I couldn't be happier with the truck I bought.
If you appreciate an honest, professional, friendly and hard working staff who actually know about automobiles (i.e. their product), and will do everything within their power to ensure a good deal, then look no further than this dealership! I don't shop anywhere else for a good quality, used vehicle. Berkenkotter Motors is head and shoulders above the rest, and I can say that as a longtime automobile collector/enthusiast.
Me and my wife just purchased a truck from this outstanding dealership. We live 6 1/2 hours away, and we are seriously impressed with the buying experience with this dealership. A rare breed, indeed, are honest car dealers. But these guys are definitely the real deal! They listen to what you need, what your budget is, and don't try to push you further. They make the whole frazzled car buying experience go smooth, from when you walk in the door, to when you leave with your new vehicle. They should definitely be your first (and only!) stop when car shopping h!!
I was looking for a good used truck. I certainly stopped at the right dealership. Lots of quality options and knowledgable staff as well. They answered all my questions and I am very happy with my truck!
I have reviewed their inventory a couple times. Typically work trucks and larger platform pickups. Found one the I liked and made an offer. Wade, a very good Rep. of the dealership presented my offer and made it work. Very happy with the experience and if I need a truck and they have it, I will be back. I will also ask for Wade, as I said a great Rep. for the dealership.
A great place to buy a vehicle. I also purchased the in house extended warranty, which is completely worth every penny. We live in texas and where able to get servicework done here. Thank you Mr. Berkenkotter
