Called 3 days in a row at 3 different times to the parts department to buy parts for my outboard. Was on hold an average of 10min each time. Still no one picked up the phone in the parts department. Will not be calling anymore.
RecommendedWell had bearing blow out on boat trailer yesterday! Shout out to Greg and Reed from Berkeley Outdoors for coming out to Short Stay and trying to get my trailer repaired. Never have correct tools to remove a seized axle nut. They ended up taking boat back to shop to repair and check everything . Thanks guys!

I'd like to take a moment and thank the outstanding team at Berkeley Outdoors. Brought my boat to them this week to make a repair to my power poles. Within 24hrs I received a call back saying my boat was ready. I know this may not always happen depending on the repair but based on my own history with other dealerships / service departments their turnaround is unbelievable. Their service is amazing and quality of work....like they were never there. clean and factory grade. Thank you Berkeley Outdoors for a job very well done.
