RecommendedThey were great to work with. Only problem is they did not inform me of the one flaw with the Tahoe T16. It has a compartment between the driver and passenger seat. It does not have a drain in it and will hold water (lots of water) this is a flaw if I’ve ever seen one. Everything I put in there was ruined. This issue needs to be addressed by the boat manufacturer ASAP. Other than that. HAPPY BOATING

After shopping around all over Charleston to find the perfect boat for my husband, I decided to go to Berkeley outdoors. I am so glad that I did. They were honest, upfront, and answered all of my many, many questions. I am also very pleased with Auston and the service team there. Auston is very knowledgeable and super friendly! I won't go anywhere else for all my boating needs!
The entire team at Berkeley Outdoors are awesome, especially Auston and the Service Team. Everytime I go in there, everyone is always very friendly and helpful. I don't know nearly as much about boats as most, so the service team made sure I understood what I was purchasing before I bought anything. They are very knowledgeable and they are not just out to sale. Everyone there is amazing. I couldn’t be happier to have purchased a boat with you all. Professional and home warming all at the same time. Y’all are truly the best!
Honest service and friendly staff. Mechanic took the time to explain everything (as he was working on a motor). They’re very busy so if you have patience, it’s the place to go; Turnaround time takes a minute but I’ll definitely return and give my recommendation to anyone looking.
