Number one in the area for responsibility, turn around time, and fast responsiveness. For a company that's been around since 1989, after calling them today and having someone come out within an hour is very impressive and shows their long-term commitment to customers needs. Would highly recommend this business to anybody in need of a good locksmith commercial or residential. P
I had to worse experience today with Berkeley locksmith and mind you with the owner. Before I paid they agreed to program all my key for the 250 price. Upon trying to get my key program they wanted me to pay additional which an associate told me was included in the 250. Upon stating this I was told that people make mistakes and he was not paying for someone mistake. Meaning his employees. Business response:
Customer agreed to pay $250.00 for a key to her Honda and that job was completed. The customer found her loss key and now is saying we agreed up front to reprogram her loss key at no charge and I told her that was not the company policy since there is a cost associated with key programming. I cannot see her point wanting her $250.00 returned as if she did not drive off in her car.
Willie Gamble gave me a key that didn't work and he cursed me out when I asked for a new copy/refund. He said it should've worked and I'm not using the key right like that's possible. He also harassed my girlfriend stating "you're a pyt so get with me". Will not go again.
RecommendedJustin was great and friendly. Definitely will use them again.
un-professional and un reliable, i scheduled a day before for a noon appointment the following day, they never showed up, finally called 4 hours after appointment to check as it was almost 5pm, and got, "o yea, well get there" Way to expensive also, "A community lock and safe" came within 15 mins and half the price, don't waste your time.
The customer service by the owner, Mr. Willie was very unprofessional. He didn't try to offer a solution that would benefit both the company and myself. I will not use, nor reccomend this service.

I work for Anytime Fitness in Ladson! Our keyfob system was down when I arrived for work today and TIM came to my rescue!!! He was here within 15 minutes, had a smile on his face and got me in the building in less than 5 minutes!!! He showed me exactly what work he was performing. He was so sweet and I will absolutely recommend you to anyone that needs a locksmith!!!!
Willy and his employees are very knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. They have exceeded my expectations when it came to assisting me in their store. They go that 110% to satisfy their customers.
