Berkeley would improve by simply delivering on the promises made before signing the agreement. We were told that there would be either a route from TAMU or a private shuttle from Berkeley, but there is none of the above. We have been asking for the last 2 weeks what they are going to do and their answer is "we are working on the logistics but is not sure". So pumped to live here next fall!!! I love it because it is a house but with apartment living amenities!!! You should sign before it’s too late!!!
