The absolute WORST experience EVER!!! There was a water leak in my bedroom ceiling and they left a gaping hole in my ceiling for 2 months, open to the outside. The staff is rude, inconsiderate and no one cares.

RecommendedGreat place to live! The amenities are top of the line, the staff is excellent, and the vibes are incredible! If you’re looking for a newer, modern, and quiet place to live definitely check this place out!
Considered “luxury” but it made from the IKEA clearance section. Train tracks are less than 100ft away. Maintenance does not help with anything. Very slimy with charges. Read the full contract and know that once you sign your NOT getting out. Do not recommend.

They do not keep any of their promises they tell you when you sign the contract.
The location is awesome! So close to campus. We walk to every home game without having to worry about parking. The people that work here are awesome and so ready help whenever needed! 🖤
Does not follow contract at all, someone in the office will tell you something and the contract says something different
Make sure that everything signed in the contract is actually done. Not rush the apartments and deliver half service because we still pay full price
