Mary (technician) was very thorough when I had my eye exam today. She explained things throughly.

These folks are some of the nicest people I have ever delt with. The Drs are wonderful. The staff is great. Always in and out in a timely manner . The whole area is clean and comfortable. The nurses and staff at the Hospital are the same. Go out of their way to make you comfortable and relaxed. I’m so glad Berkeley takes care of my eyes. Thank you Dr Rudda, Dr Thomas, and Dr Sun along with the staff at Berkeley Eye Center and the staff and Nurses at the Hospital.
What amazing service today they went above and beyond to take care of my Daugher. Staff and Dr is very friendly and attentive! We have found our new eye clink and defiantly highly recommend!
I am consistently frustrated with the wait times. I am almost NEVER seen within 10 minutes of my appt time. Currently it is 09:40 and my appt was for 09:00. This is totally disrespectful to the customer. And even when I finally get into a room I still end up waiting 15-30 minutes to finally see the Dr. Finally saw optometrist for sclera lenses—but told they wouldn’t work to improve vision and was then charged $300 for the actual 10 minute fruitless visit.
Second time going there. I choose to go there bec of the reviews of Dr Sun. But for the 2nd time around, Dr Sun was not the one who saw me. Disappointed twice.
Excellent Experience Excellent experience. Eye Exam was performed in a professional but friendly manner. When glasses came in the prescription was correct and the glasses were adjusted to fit my face. Good job Berkeley!!
