I Had a Pleasant Experience I had a pleasant experience, staff was patient with time taken to review glasses and go over glasses and answered all questions presented.
Alyssa provided excellent customer service in regards to helping me to select the right frames that would fit my face comfortably and fit my style. She showed me regular eyeglass wear and sunglasses. Alyssa is up to date on all the different types of frames and lenses.
I Recently Had Cataract Surgery I recently had cataract surgery and mabel was very helpful and answered all my questions though out the process from the beginning and after surgery. Very professional. I recommend the pearland office.
The office staff at the Pearland location are the most pleasant people in medical service. They made me feel like I was welcome and that I was the most important person in the world. I had an eye injury that they attended to and assured me that everything would be just fine and they were. A couple of weeks later I returned for a full eye exam and Dr. Thomas and all the staff were again just as pleasant as the first time. I Saw Dr. Thomas and She was Amazing I saw Dr. Thomas and she was amazing, I was very scared, but she walked me through everything. Beverly at the front desk was so nice and helped me with my paperwork and Mary worked me up, she was great.
