I have always had a good experience when coming for my eye appointment. Everyone is always friendly & willing to help. They take their time making sure you get the right prescription. The ladies in the glasses department are very helpful. I always trust Maria's opinion on what glasses look good on me. Very satisfied.
My appt. was fast and efficient. I have been going to Dr. Miller for many years --- his exams are through and he is always educating me and keeps up with the latest treatments.
Had my very first eye exam with Berkeley Eye Center in El Campo. Everyone made me feel welcome and was very friendly. All of my questions and concerns were acknowledged and answered and made me feel at ease. Great conversation from beginning to end and will definitely recommend them to family and friends.
Nov. 1, 2018, I presented with my new eye glasses prescription; Maria Puentes, A.B.O.C. assisted me, and I noticed that she was very attentive, and greeted, who ever came through the clinic door. I was very impressed.
My experience during my recent exam was excellent. Mary was very professional during my exam and informative. She was able to answer many of my questions during the exam. Dr. Miller, as always, was very informative and did an excellent job in explaining my current condition and what I can expect going forward. I could not be happier with the care I received from Dr. Miller and Mary.
Berkeley Eye Center in The Woodlands is not your typical ophthalmology practice. I saw Dr. Sarah Weeks for my eye exam and I was thoroughly impressed, I never felt rushed and she took the time to listen to my concerns. I felt like she was interested in my entire health, not just my eyes. She explained my diagnoses in a way I could properly understand, and also explained the role my systemic health has on my eyes. The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be going to this location In the future.
Have been going to Berkeley Eye Center for many years. This was my second visit with Dr. Weeks, and once again she did a thorough exam of my eyes and made good suggestions on how to proceed with glaasses vs. cataract surgery. Staff in shop did a great job setting me up with both glasses and sunglasses. Great service, as always.
My wife and I have been clients of Berkeley Eye center in Huntsville, for the last 10 years, the Dr , and assistants are friendly and courteous . We were in for check ups , and replacing/ updating eye ware. The assistants like to cut-up with you and they make you laugh during selection and adjustments of glasses. We drive 30-40 min. even though other eye centers are a lot closer where we live.We recommend Huntsville Berkeley Eye Center, to anyone and all who want professional service
