I had a very nice experience. It was my first visit to the El Campo center. The wait was a tad long, but that was fine as the staff was gracious and this was most likely the most thorough appointment I've had in many years!!!! I will be going back again for the next exam.
Everyone was exceptional from the time I entered through registration, pre-Doctor preparations, and Dr. Kayci's exam.
I come to the clinic for regular pressure checks. The staff is always so courteous and friendly. I always enjoy my visits at El Campo Berkeley Eye Center!
Excellent visit; got in quickly; Slone Kubala, the technician, did an excellent job with testing; very personable and caring; Dr. Ermis a wonderful and caring physician who was thorough with his exam. Very pleased with entire staff including registration and check out staff.
Eye Exam and Glasses purchase - Amazing. Everyone is so very helpful and honest. Needed an honest opinion when purchasing new frames and appreciated all the opinions which led to a unanimous decision so I knew I couldn't go wrong.
