I was seeing light flashes out of the corner of my left eye. I was very impressed with how friendly and concerned the receptionist was. It was treated as an emergency and they worked me in right away. This was very impressive considering the first clinic I called wasn't going to get me in until a week out. Everyone at the clinic is very friendly.
Very good- my contact tore and they were able to work me in the next day for an appointment.
I recently had an appiontment for my annual eye exam. This is my second time coming to this location and both of my experiences were very pleasant from the front desk clerks to the doctor and her nurse. They were all very attentive, nice and polite. I will continue to come here for my annual eye exams and more! I definitely will recommend any of my family or friends to this location!! Keep up the good work!!!
The staff is wonderful. They always have a friendly disposition and welcoming smile when you come in. The doctors are great as well, so personable. They also have a wide variety of glasses to choose from to fit anyone's budget.
Dr. Kayci Ermis was great. She was very thorough and answered all my questions and had me in and out quikly. The staff was friendly and helpful.
I liked having a late appointment, the staff is personable, and everything ran smoothly and professionally. Maria in the optical shop is always the BEST!!!

This was my first visit to the Berkeley Eye center in El Campo. since I was a new patient it took awhile to get an appointment, but after my first visit it was well worth it. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The doctor's assistant was friendly and professional and did a great job. Then there is Dr. Kayci Ermis she was very thorough and nice. I felt very comfortably in her care. I was very pleased with the whole experience. I don't believe it could have gone any better. Thanks for the great service.
Everything was great. The staff and doctors treat you as an individual and are very respectful. I will always return for all of my eye care needs.
