Friendly and caring staff and doctors. Very efficient and thorough in all that they do.
Very friendly staff. Exam was thorough and the center was respectful of my time, not an all day event! From check-in to picking out glasses everyone presented themselves very professionally. Dr. Weeks explained the exam in a manner that I could understand. Pricing on services and glasses were not over priced.
Tina and dr. B have been taking care of my eyes and glasses for a number of years. (I am90). They are just super smart and efficient.
I love this clinic because there is little wait time. Sandy was extremely helpful and kind. I have been going for several years and they have been so consistent with their timeliness and care of their patients.
Thanks Dr. Miller! You were my doctor for the first time today. My eye was very tender and swollen, and you were very gentle with your exam. You made a clear and accurate diagnosis, took time to answer all my questions, and discussed very clear care instructions and follow up. Great experience. I need things repeated a lot, due to being hard of hearing, from old age and having Chemo brain, from recently becoming a cancer survivor. Yes; I talk a lot and she stayed focused and was very patient with me. She was able to figure out the best solution for filing, with my husbandâ??s VSP, on which I am a dependent, and my own VSP. A very pleasing experience. I am excited to get my glasses and contacts.
Wife and I visited the EC location to choose new frame on Thursday. Maria Puentes assisted us. She was fantastic as always. They were very busy and it was late. She took time with us and was very patient. We will always patronage the Berkeley Eye Center for our vision needs. All of the employees are a joy to work with.

Ever been told by a Dr. there was no cure for your chronic pain and to "just live with it"? I resolved myself to that as fact until the situation worsened and I became fearful I might lose sight in my eye. The strong referral to Dr. Yankelove and Berkeley Eye Center began to alleviate my fear. An urgent appointment was granted with Dr. Micheletti and his assistant, Jose for the next morning.
