Dr. Momeni was quick to identify the issue I was having with my contacts. Nicole was very helpful on picking out new frames and explaining what was best dependent on my insurance benefits.
Got Lasik surgery here a week ago and the experience could not have been better. Amazing dedicated staff and great at keeping you calm, comfortable, and well informed through the whole process. The whole surgery and recovery process was very smooth and simple. Would highly recommend this location for anyone considering Lasik surgery
About 40 years ago I had radio keratotomy done by Dr. Berkley himself and it turned out so great I could not believe how great it was to be able to see 2020 again. Here lately I had cataract surgery That was done by Dr. Kaplan and it was so easily done and it was wonderful . I have the most highly respect for Dr. Kaplan and Dr. Berkley. I would recommend these people and any of Dr. Berkley’s staff for anything they are wanting to have done. They are the best no doubt . Thank you Dr. Kaplan you’re the best.
The staff at Berkeley (Jamie, Glenda, Dr. Barker, Dr. Momeni, Dr. Sun) were all very helpful and supportive. There was hardly any waiting time: as soon as I got in (even 30 mins ahead of my scheduled appointment), I was seen. All my questions and concerns were answered confidently, leaving me assured. The actual surgery felt effortless for Dr. Sun and it was quick and painless. After the surgery during my check-ups, Glenda would occasionally ask about my well being. My experience at Berkeley Eye Center was great from my first interection by phone with Alma to my procedure with Dr Sun. I must be honest with so many places doing LASIK in Houston it took me a while to decide, but clearly the decision paid off. First level service and great people.
My experience with the Berkley Eye Center was excellent, they are very Profesional and make sure any and all questions are answered. They take the time to make sure you are comfortable and relaxed and they never rush anything. The entire staff is amazing and very nice. I can see better than with my glasses or contacts that I have been wearing for almost 20 years. Thank you.
I have been going to Berkeley for over 5 years and I find the entire staff to be very courteous and helpful. Particularly, Mark in optical, he is always cheerful and extremely knowledgeable on my optical insurance plan. Also Dr. Gloyd has an wonderful bedside manner. I highly recommend Berkeley Eye!
This is probably the best medical office I have ever been in. A class act from start to finish. I waited about 4 minutes and then was called back by the assistant who checked my eyes and did all the work up. She was very professional and confident but gave you plenty of opportunities to ask questions and let you know that this time was all about you. I saw Dr Garza and he was Also great. Everything was GREAT and everyone in the office was Very friendly and professional. I will definitely go back in 3 months. It's a long drive, but it's worth it. I highly recommend Dr. Garza!!!
