I had to transfer my case out of this agency because their processing delays are utterly frustrating and ineffective. The nursing staff? Honestly, they’re a joke.
Highly experienced staff. Wonderful caring agency. Top notch service!
PT Mr. Hamada was good. Dependable and a good communicator. I’d give him 5 stars. However, seems the OT’s just couldn’t get themselves together. One OT showed-up once, then disappeared. After asking for another, we got 2 visits from the new OT, then she too disappeared. Both were not dependable and bad communicators.
