Needed extensive recall work done on an engine. Shawn Olsen and staff could not have been more prompt with emails, helpful on the phone, and expedited the work. Our family drives two sonatas now and Bergstrom has played key roles in both decisions.

We have purchased several cars from Bergstrom and they have never disappointed! When we walk in we always feel so welcomed and I greatly appreciate their exceptional customer service!
