RecommendedNo issues, as usual, a great job and in a timely manner. Very smooth operation from scheduling through leaving with a freshly washed car.
Most pleasant people at the service desk that we have ever met. Besides that the service was great! Went in for recall work and had the oil changed. Found out that we might have had some kind of rodent living in our air and cabin filter. Got to see our salesman Rodney while we were waiting. He's a good guy if you need a car go see him.
Cris was very helpful and patient and cooperative ...and upfront with his pricing. (That’s a lot of ‘ands’!) I certainly appreciate not only your candor, but your charismatic professionalism while purchasing my new 2019 Hyundai Tucson. I’m sure it will be part of our ‘family’ for awhile!

I went in for an oil change and was told it would be done within the hour. 1 hour and 20 minutes later I got a text saying the oil change was done but they were waiting for the car wash. I went out and asked if I could just have my car because I was going to be late. And they kindly offered me a free oil change next time. That is how you keep business. Thank you very much!
I was working with Cris Putzer, unfortunately we could not find a car with the features I wanted within my price range, Cris was awesome! He went out of his way to find different options he thought would interest me. I appreciate all his time and patience, a lot of patience!! I'm sorry we couldn't make a deal.
Stopped to look at a new car. Walked into the building as no one came out to help me. After about 15-20 minutes, someone finally helped me. Drove the car and asked to have my car appraised. I was told they are closing in about 45 minutes and they asked me to come back the next day. I explained I wouldn’t stop the next day as I live almost an hour away.
