I have always had great service, but with C19 and the on-line check in, things got mixed up a little. Mistakes were made, but Paul corrected it. Thanks for the great service, once again.
Bergstrom has got there stuff together in Oshkosh for sure. Called on a Friday, they got me in on a Monday. My service guy Mike was very informative about what was going to be done on my truck. Plus he helped me with my shuttle ride. Sandy was my driver she was great too. Truck was done quicker than estimated. Mike called me said it was ready, he even set up my shuttle ride back to get my truck. Bill was my driver. Thanks Again.
