Do not provide adequate training. A lot of standing around with nothing to do. Long term employees can be very nasty to new employees. Management is below par
HR and management do not care about the concerns of employees. no action on anything and will punish good hardworking employees.
This company has no respect for their workers. They expect summer workers to work literally 24/7 EVEN IF THEY HAVE A FAMILY EVENT AND TELL THE COMPANY AHEAD OF TIME. They do not even get a proper lunch break when working 8+ hours. Instead they only get two 15 minute breaks. This company is crap.
Worked there for thirty years and just retired. Company went through a great deal of change but for the most part positive. Hope they keep growing and thank you for for everything you did for me throughout my career there. Calling out out all the great plants I worked for as part of the Menasha family. Oshkosh Printer's, Neenah Printing, Printed Systems, Mid America, Promo Edge, Business Forms, Fulfillment, Folding Carton, PPS. Lot's of memories and I wouldn't do it any differently. I worked for menasha for about 8 months at their Bethlehem site i was overworked and not getting paid what i should have i was a production lead/forklift/maintenance/line lead/and shift supervisor all at once the manager we had was a complete dipshit and never wanted to help me and he just sat in his office playing on his phone also never received a shift differential for working nights the 5 months i was on them and asked for backpay and HR never responded.
