BMW service is terrible. They never call back. I called several times for a battery, oil change, and detail. Left a message for Dennis twice. He never called back. Go to Allentown to buy your BMW there.
My brand new 2018 Audi SQ5 died 30 miles into my drive home. Things happen BUT ... Terrible customer service! No call from the manager! Let their service people go home as my car was being towed back to the dealer. Unapologetic. Apathetic. Pathetic! Told me it may be a quick fix in 5 minutes. Why did you tell me that when your service department is supposed to be open for 2 more hours but you let the"competent" servicemen go home?
