Okay, So Dan is my salesman. Bought I vehicle last September. It did not have an owners manual in the glove compartment. Contacted our salesman, indicated the problem (owners manual not present). He acknowledged and told me directly he would mail it to me. Yet he failed to do so after discussing it 3 different times. Still have yet to receive it after almost a year. Pleasant buying experience, respectful staff. I was dreading having to go to a car dealer, but the process with Bergey’s was better than at other places I have experienced before.
I purchased a new Mazda. Isaac Chapman was an excellent salesperson, explaining all the features of the car. He patiently waited with us when our financing was taking longer than usual to come through. He listened to the ramblings of an older couple as we waited. He kept us updated throughout the process. David worked with us to finalize the deal. Everyone was very personable and accommodating. If we need another vehicle we will definitely go back to Bergey's.
Just bought a 2026 cx50 from Tom Washington, had nothing but a fantastic experience from when I walked in the door to driving my new car off the lot! So upset to leave my Jetta- but in love with my Mazda! Thank you so much tom for everything!
