Buddy and his fellow employees were the best and met all my needs. I ended up buying a vehicle from them and couldn't be happier!
They left me waiting. Said they were going to install a new battery. And then the entire service department went to lunch
Very nice and responsive team member. I wish a deal could have been made. The assistance I received made me want to do business with them. I will continue to monitor and keep in mind for future purchases.
Phenomenal customer service
After purchasing car we discovered clearcoat overspray on rear door neat back window. Rear glass was oversprayed as well. Right rear door has small dents and paint is duller than surrounding paint. Masking tape marks near right rear tail light. Appears car was in some kind of accident and attempted to fix. Ad on their site said certified and accident free. Had a body repair company verify what I have written.
Dealership refused to sell to me because I didn’t have a trade in or use their financing.
Dealer was shady and added additional fees to price when inquired about out the door price.“If your car gets lost and can’t be recovered we will give you 5k.” About 1500 in fees there for the unwanted recovery service. Dealer was also marketing this vehicle with a clean car fax. Even after all this I offered 51,000 cash out the door with all fees. They said no and then two days later the priced dropped 2K to about where I was asking.
Bought the Blazer SS EV from Sport Chevrolet. They were great in every way. Made the process a pleasure. Very accommodating!
Sub-par experience. Car was not as described. Sales person was disinterested and seemed bored and put out. Will not shop for cars here again.
