good response, car was sold though
Car salesman would not test drive the car with me because he claimed he got car sick. I was introduced to another salesman by the manager and she said she was just leaving. I'm a long time customer of Bergey's and highly recommend their service department. Their sales department, however, is far below what you might expect.
Returned email response promptly. Made phone call to further assistance me.
Everyone at this place is so nice and they make you feel like family I would recommend Bergeys to anyone
Internet sales person arranged purchased,I than arranged shipping company to piickup and deliver car,was told after that car was sold to someone else,not good business practices seemed like management and sales team are not on the same page,would not reccomend doing business with this dealership,dealers like this gives autodealers a bad reputation!!!!!!
Very nice and professional, gave me the keys and said take the vehicle for a test drive. I did not purchase only because I wanted something bigger and Ford trucks have a better consumer report ratings.
