Tom was very knowledgeable returned calls promptly.
Simple magnificent
They complied with my request for more pictures of the vehicle (and) a free carfax report...- This was stellar treatment !!! They went out of their way to gain me as a client (unfortunately car sold that same day before I could move on the sale) Never the less this dealership gets a full rating on customer service that is above and beyond the norm !!!!
They responded immediately, made a personal follow up phone call to make sure my needs were met.
Great experience, though the car was listed before it even showed up in the dealership and I had to wait for a week, but I didn't mind since car turned out to be good, and I bought it. Sales rep "Laverne" was very helpful. Would recommend the dealership.

Terrible experience. I've never worked with a car salesperson who seemed less interested in selling me a car. I went with checkbook in hand and both sets of keys to my current vehicle. Test drove a car I really liked and was ready to buy. Salesperson actually told me to "think about it" and that I might be better off making the last two payments on my lease!
