Have been dealing with leaks in the living room and now kitchen for three months. Their solution has been to put a dehumidifier in the apartment and repaint. Woke up this morning and the kitchen ceiling is about to fall down. I can’t recommended against this company enough
No I would not recommend Berger Rental Communities. My Fiancee Mary Wright is due a deposit refund. It's way overdue. I reached corporate and left a message with Allison today and yesterday. I was told someone would get back to me. Of course continual avoidance. It's not funny to high jack her $100. This behavior is bad business. I will me be making a visit to corporate office.

If I can give a negative zero I would! I live in the Quail Run apartments and have been calling for a month now that our a.c. is not working! Never get calls back but they called my girlfriend back to ask what is wrong with the a.c. when someone apparently already looked at it a month ago and nothing yet!! I have not been able to sleep because of this heat nor has my kids why I am awake and having to work in 2 hours smh! Hello, I've been watching 12 years in the Willowdale Crossing apartments and in the last few years we have had a lot of problems with the manager, it has no way of educating people, we reported humidity in one of the bedrooms in our apartment and they came to fix it but again that same problem arose, much bigger than now the problem has already invaded the kitchen and even a bed and some other things have been spoiled, hopefully can solve the problem as soon as possible
The worst property manager at Willowdale crossing doesn’t know how to treat people and if someone knows a number or email to someone above that property manager please let me know someone at the corporate office needs to know what she is doing everyone i talk to hates her!!!
If I could give Berger Rental Communities a zero, I would. My daughter and her roommate have a wet wall in their apartment at Willowbrook in Boothwyn that was reported two weeks ago. Water is coming through the drywall around an electrical outlet, which is a fire hazard. Both girls reported it. The other mother reported it. NOTHING has been done to address it. There is now mold in the closet. This is so far beyond unacceptable. This is a dereliction of duty to the residents of this building.
Im having the same issue as Shannon at Willowbrook. now getting a copy of my release i signed a month ago and was told it was sent to corporate and had to be sent back now im being told is a curtsy and WHEN she drafts it ill get it. I've got an attitude by everyone there and now Deven avoids my emails and calls. I know what it is like to be a manager this shit is getting out of hand.
