Rented at Camelot 3600 Spring Garden for one year. Moved in to a clean apartment, new kitchen and newly refurbished floors and new bathroom floor. Always paid rent about two weeks early. Requested move out one month before end of lease. Informed it was not a problem, just send it in writing. Asked how to dispose of two chests and a sofa bed. Advised to leave behind and it would be taken care of. Security deposit returned promptly. Great location, great dollar value and great experience. Would highly recommend.
Will not let you preview lease, demands deposits with no refund. Very impolite and unprofessional. Unwilling to cooperate with students and very eager to take advantage of them. Beware UPenn and Drexel students!
