I had a colonoscopy with Dr. Berger 6 weeks ago and just realized that I hadn’t got my results from a biopsy that he took, I’ve been calling for 4 days and I keep getting put off, they told me the doctor would have to call me with the results, I cannot get him to call me back. Vicki B. I had my colonoscopy today at the Center for Health and Cancer Prevention. Dr.Berger and his entire staff are fantastic! I was made to feel comfortable ( well as comfortable as one can be given the procedure ) and completely at ease. The procedure was effortless and painless...Went to sleep and woke up. Just like that. Dr. berger also, gave me the results on the spot pending any lab result. I cannot recommend this practice more highly!!!!!!!
Nobody likes to have a colonoscopy, but it almost a pleasure at Dr. Berger’s. The one on one care by everyone from the receptionist, prep nurse, the anesthesiologists and Dr. Berger are as close to perfect as this can be. You really feel like you are the only one they are taking care of. No factory feeling.
Dr. Berger was very attentive during my consultation and made sure every precaution was taken. He referred me to an ultrasound (and called me the next day with answers!) and then conducted my colonoscopy. Besides the prep, I had a great experience. Nurses, nurses anesthetist, receptionists, etc. were all very nice as well. His notes were clear and I now know how to proceed.
Dr Keith Berger is a rare gem! He is caring and he talks to you about your total well-being and health. Sadly he is in a league all of his own, there are not too many doctors like him left around. He has awesome bedside manners, and he takes the time to inquire about you as a person, and to explain to you about the procedure you are going to get. This was my 1st visit to see him, and it was very impressive! All of the staff is very professional, nice and caring too.
Never have had such a respectful and concerned team from front desk to last briefing before leaving the clinic. Excellent service above most anywhere.
As a first time colonoscopy patient, I was extremely nervous of the procedure and outcome. At my initial consultation, Dr. Berger’s highly professional yet reassuring manner put my fears to rest. I knew that I was in good hands—not just by Dr. Berger but by his wonderful staff as well. The procedure was over before I knew it with no problems. Thank you Dr. Berger and staff for your exceptional and superior care!
Initially I was concerned about my first colonoscopy in over a decade, but my first consult with Dr. Berger alleviated my concerns. He seems genuinely interested in my care and willing to take the time to actually know his patients as people.
