Berger Home Services came out and gave me an estimate for gutters with a couple of variables depending on my preferences. They worked around my schedule/finances (it was a really reasonable price) and got the job done in one day! The workers were very skilled and professional. The job was done in a day and the clean up was impeccable!! I highly recommend them!
BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! Before you sign with this company, they have a $300.00 cancellation fee! I cancelled because I was offered a great deal and the gutters would be installed within a week! That they did! Not the 6 to 8 weeks this group offered! Cancellation Fee! That should be your first clue as to NOT do business with this company. If you make the mistake like I did be prepared to get a upcharge on your cancellation fee! Vernon from Berger Home Services came out and gave us a quote on installing gutters (We had a great experience with Vernon). We received emails about scheduling and remitting down payment but had not gotten around to doing it yet as my husband had to travel for work. On May 4, 2021 I signed a contract with Berger Home Services to install gutter guards at my home. I was told that the paperwork would be submitted, at which time I would be contacted by the scheduling manager to schedule the installation. On May 7 I received a text message acknowledging the receipt of the contract and stating I would need to pay $300 as a scheduling deposit, but with no instructions as to how to pay. There is a $300 cancellation fee that is clearly stated on the signed contract He "threatened" to ruin our business by leaving bad reviews all over social media if we didn't refund the money. I had a small job at my home in Kingwood, Texas. I contacted them and in a couple days their salesman come by and gave me an estimate, In about 2 days after I signed the contract they sent their installer to complete the job. In about 2 and 1/2 hours the installation was complete. It looks better than I had expected. I would never use anyone else, they did a great job. ,
