From the phone call to make an appointment the receptionist was so kind and personable. It really made an impact on me. I then got lost trying to find the office. I called 2 more times and she was still very kind. Got to the office and she remembered me and continued with kindness. I was in pain and scared about what was happening in my body. My first visit just recently with Dr Sesso and I found him to be a “real gem”. Very friendly, thorough and a good listener. His recommendations were achievable for me and I cannot praise him enough for making me feel comfortable and most important heard.
The staff are very welcoming and eager to assist you with anything you need. The atmosphere is very pleasant. Dr. Sesso is a good listener and very understanding. He always gives good advice and very professional in his manner. I would rate him as an excellent ENTdoctor.
I highly recommend Berger Henry for anyone with hearing, or any other ENT issues. Dr. Sesso and his staff are very friendly, courteous, and thoroughly explain their procedures in a way that can be easily understood. And they were very helpful in addressing any questions or concerns I had.
Donald Sesso, DO did a checkup and medication management for me I the Chestnut Hill Hospital office. He was excellent. I'm glad to be a Berger-Henry patient.
