Took my vehicle in for a coolant flush. I was told it would take 1.5 to 2 hours to complete. Less than 45 minutes later my vehicle was done and the coolant in the reservoir looked as bad as when I took it in. When I called, I was told that "sometimes vehicles need it done a second time." BULL. IT WASN'T DONE PROPERLY THE FIRST TIME!
Josh the service advisor will tell u he can get vehicle in and takes up to 4 days later to get over priced on repair.
