They were able to get me in fast, great price!
I reluctantly fill this out. The appointment was set easily but they fell short on meeting the appointment time frame for an oil change. For this I was thoroughly disappointed as I had other appointments. The reason I am giving them 4 stars is because of their reaction and correction. I called about 50 minutes after the appointment time and was told that they hadn't pulled it in yet. I expressed my discontent and explained that I had other places to be that were a priority. I had a major car issue 3 hours in to a 6 hour drive and they got me in, diagnosed, and fixed for a fair price in 3 hours total. Absolutely stellar service!
