I had my first appointment tonight at the Bergen Veterinary Hospital for my cat. What a nice experience it was! The staff is so pleasant and accommodating, and Dr. Wagner was so gentle, sweet, and knowledgeable. I am so glad I found this office for my pets!
Dr. Suss and Dr. Wagner went above and beyond to treat our precious dog Bosco. Compassion, patience, always returned phone calls, always took the time to explain everything. We switched to this practice from our previous vet who we had been with for over 10 years. My one regret was that we didn't switch sooner. Today, we had to free Bosco from his pain. Both Vets were there, their exemplary staff was present, and there was nothing but hugs and heart holding. Need I say more about this "family practice ". We will love you guy... read more
