This place is all about money! Doctors never call back or follow up after giving a serious asthma treatment to my cat. They are quick to diagnose a disease (which was misdiagnosed!) they want you to pay for every additional test (the prices are very high), they give antibiotics and never ever follow up! I called couple of times and were told the doctor is going to call you back, which never happened. It’s a shame that people who should care doesn’t even know what it means to care... Being a health care provider myself I strive to be as caring, knowledgeable and ethical as Dr Suss. She has been taking care of our dogs for years with nothing but the most patient sensitivity possible. When our previous dog was sick Dr Suss’s care extended his life by at least 6 months going above and beyond for us during that time. I wish there was a 10 Star option, I could not recommend Dr Suss more!!
