Do NOT go here if you have epilepsy or light sensitivity I feel bad but we tried to book two pedi’s yesterday and they said yes, I asked if I could leave a name and they just hung up. TERRIBLE!!! I got the gel manicure and was Rushed through the entire manicure process. Didn’t let the gel dry properly, didn’t clean the cuticles properly, polish came off as soon as I walked out. Save yourself a headache and $80

This is by all means the worst place in Jersey City for waxing, I specifically asked if the lady knew what I wanted and she said yes, she proceeded to burn my face with the wax and didn’t even manage to remove the hair. I showed the owner and he proceed to tell me that she can’t do it because it is a lot of hair. She burnt my face and said that it is my fault for having too much hair. I don’t understand why say you know how to do something and you don’t. I will definitely be reporting them.

Had the worst experience here. The guy and lady are very rude. The whole time I was there, they were being passive aggressive and act like they can’t speak English but when it’s comes to pay, then they wanna speak up. After paying, the guy basically threw me out of the salon. Never coming here again.

Poor customer service across the board. The old man and lady are both extremely rude, impatient, and very careless when it comes to the quality of your nails/eyebrows/feet, etc. I have given this place many chances to redeem itself, but with each visit it has done nothing but become worse. If you’re looking for a place with excellent customer service and great quality I recommend Helen Nails on Mallory which is not too far from Bergen.
