I actually spent a quarter of my life living in houses that she's managed and I have no doubt that those years would never have been as memorable and pleasant had I not been so fortunate as to meet her. On rare occasions when maintenance is required, Vicki Berg’s prompt attention immediately rectifies the matter. I have been a tenant of Vicki Berg for over six years. Vicki is my favorite landlord rating a 10 in my book. My duplex is well cared for, with a regular maintenance schedule which includes mowing. She responds quickly to the few issues I’ve had and is always available and cooperative. The four duplexes she owns in my neighborhood have always had very pleasant tenants. Best of all she’s nice.
