My mother is in a nursing home these people told her if she didnt buy her chair from them or locally they would not work on it. I was thinking she was speaking with an actual mobility chair distributor.. Not sure what this place is but when I called Pride (chair manufacturer) they recommended i not use these people. .
I have been doing business with Beracah for several years now, their services are second to none. I have been to their office and had them service my wheelchair in my home, their attention to detail and kindness is legendary in the Veteran community.
