Someone hitching a ride in my car pulled down the passenger side sun visor and I have been shopping for used part for a month. Benzeen auto customer service was able to help me identify the part to order and deliver within 2 days of placing the order. Unfortunately the part didn’t come with the fasteners (metal springs) which I needed to install. Benzeen gladly took the part back and quickly issued me the refund. One the employees went McDonald’s and then hit my car proceeded be yell at me and saying would not provide information for insurance after hitting his door on my car then and treat me like “employee” “by saying call the cops I would not scammed” would not provide information for ID nor insurance So I asked if can wait a moment because I didn’t think he damaged it But there white paint and car new So I left While writing this because he said he was leaving and sat there glaring me, 4-6 minute so I moved to a new lot down the ... read more
