Nice to do business with a formally-trained Mercedes-Benz specialist. John knows his stuff and good with people. No BS and gave me info I didn't even ask for. Didn't try to sell me something I didn't need but when to come in next and what to expect. I give him six stars and promised to return. Trust is everything and John's a winner.
