Had a great experience at this shop! Bryant is the best when it comes to working on Mercedes and takes great care of his customers. He is very fair, respectful, and communicative. I would highly recommend anybody to come here for your mercedes needs. Will definitely be bringing my SL65 AMG Black Series back again and would only trust him to be the man to work on it. Bryant is the man when it comes to Mercedes he really knows what he’s doing, very knowledgeable is not just a mechanic but a TECH. he diagnoses the issue before replacing parts and really explains everything as he works and keeps me updated, will always bring my E55 AMG here.
Bryant has been everything I could ask for in a mechanic. He is priced well, has great communication, and documents everything to show the problem rather than expecting people to take his word for it. Writing ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ First time bringing my E350 to Benz Only ,land I was very impressed. Bryant was knowledgeable, honest, and upfront about what my car needed. He took the time to explain everything clearly and never tried to upsell unnecessary work. It's hard to find a shop you can trust, but this place earned my confidence on the first visit.
