Service is great when purchasing a car. However, when you have issues with service and need to use the warranty they sold you it suddenly doesn’t cover ALOT of things! You dispute the charges and it’s magically fixed to cover the service. My vehicle has been in the shop for over 3 weeks and I’ve had to reach out to get updates. Not once was I offered a loaner car. The customer service at this location is awful and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!
