I recently had my shoulder surgery at BFOA and the staff was very nice and pleasant to work with, DO Heather L. Phipps was Wonderful, I would so recommend her for my family and friends. I am very impressed with BFOA.
Dr. Sherfey has been treating a horrible knee injury I suffered one year ago Saturday and I highly recommend him, his nurse Shannon and Connie in their office. This team is professional, efficient, caring and I can't say enough about Dr Sherfey's ability on knees! I've received excellent care and service in every way. 😃
Extremely rude receptionist. Genie I think her name was. Not only to us but her co-workers as well. Might want to re-think her job position considering she is the first impression your patients get when they walk in and it is not a good one.
Friendly staff and my Doctor seems to care about what's important to me as well as my knee recovery.
This was the, worst office we have ever been to. my 14 year old daughter came in for knee pain & a bump that grew on the side of her knee. The assistant was not helpful stated she needs to lose weight she's on the obese side of the chart. & thats the cause of her knee pain. The assistant stated kids these days play to many video games & are always on the electronics. My 9 year old son stated " I don't"!
