Dr. Mc Kay was professional & courteous. He helped answer a number of questions I had.
I was very happy that I was able to get in to see Doctor within a few days. When I met with Doctor he already knew by looking into my MRI what the issue was and he explained what needed to be done. Doctor was knowledgeable and very professional. My wait was very little, I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you, can’t wait to get everything completed!
I have had the pleasure to interact with 3 of the Doctors at BFOA and all of them were considerate, as well as knowledgeable to handle with my needed care. The medical assistants and front office staff are all smiles and willing to help. I would recommend BFOA to anyone who needs an Orthopedic Dr.
