Worst experience at a medical facility ever. Dr Phipps does not listen to nor care about the patient or the concerns of parents. Neither did she know which bone was broken. She was arrogant and demeaning. I will be taking this as high as it needs to go so the public knows not to see this Dr for care because they will not be cared for!

Excellent staff and surgeons. Dr. Sherfey did my total hip replacement and always has had encouraging words to keep me motivated. I wouldn't go any place else when I've been treated so well. Next joint replacement I'm headed back to see Dr. Sherfey. Now just to get back to losing more weight.
I love working with the people at BFOA. They really try to give the best care possible. It starts with the Doctors and Administration and is evident in the rest of the team. Thank you.
