Besides being the turf of the Benton County Fair & Rodeo, it is also host to the Corvallis-Benton County Library Big Book Sale, 4-H events, Santiam Ski Patrol Ski Swap and Indoor Winter Market. The complex features the Auditorium, outdoor arena, The Carriage House, Floral Courtyard, Guerber Hall and an RV park.

We have been staying here for eight years in the same spot. This year they tell us, they can't accommodate us. The prices have gone up quite a bit with no added amenities. WIFI is awful. They always have an excuse as to why the cable isn't working right. Last year when we showed up to our "reserved spot", there was someone in it. I had to stay in a spot with no sewer hookup, and had to pay the same amount. If I hadn't already made and paid for my reservations, I wouldn't be going back.
