Besides being the turf of the Benton County Fair & Rodeo, it is also host to the Corvallis-Benton County Library Big Book Sale, 4-H events, Santiam Ski Patrol Ski Swap and Indoor Winter Market. The complex features the Auditorium, outdoor arena, The Carriage House, Floral Courtyard, Guerber Hall and an RV park.

We took our daughter and her best friend to the fair and they had a blast. All in all the fair was put together real well. The only issue I had was having to park so far away without easier access to the fair.
The rodeo was the worst rodeo I have ever experienced.
Was there to support Broken Halo love that band. I really enjoyed the fair too
One of the best fairgrounds in the whole state of Oregon! Great and friendly people. Everyone is super nice and works well together. Such a great fair and rodeo and fun for the whole family
Nice wifi, people here are very nice, quiet. Could use more than one bathroom facility.
