While initially charmed by a knowledgable staff and a easy sale and approval process I am changing my review from 5 stars to 1. This place cares ONLY about the sale. We closed on a home almost 3 months ago and have had to push back the sale of our house because after Bentli got their comission from our purchase they completely ignored us. Permits have not been filed, and we are 2.5 weeks out from the new sale date of our house and the home has still not been delivered because of their incompetence and lack of follow through.... read more
RecommendedI recommend Bentli homes for anyone looking for a house!! Brittany Byars helped us and she was amazing!!! I would for sure ask for her!! She’s honest and sweet and I won’t be going to anyone else besides her for a home. we went and saw Ellis last weekend and he was great! We did get approved for the loan but wanted to work on our interest rate before continuing. He gave us great info on how to do that. I was very pleased and we plan on being back in a few months to buy our home!
